Our services are directed to (Re)Insurers, Lloyd’s Managing Agents and Company Market Insurers, that delegate claims handling and settlement authority to DCAs Delegated Claims Administrators (formerly known as TPAs, Third Party Administrators).
All aspects of the TPA agreements and claims handling procedures are considered during our reviews, from the acknowledgment of claim notifications, through the reserving philosophy and timely settlements, to any potential recovery.
Our audits are planned and prepared on the basis of our principals’ instructions. We accept assignments based on the Lloyd’s Coverholder Audit Scope (currently Version 3 Q4 2019) as well as any bespoke scope or specific instructions with the aim to suit the objectives and requirements of each Insurer.

In 2023 we conducted 25 singleton and coordinated audits to DCAs based in Italy, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Malta and Switzerland. During our onsite/remote visits we reviewed over 500 claim files under 54 UMRs.
